Payment Options

At the office of Dr. Horne, we offer a variety of financial options that allow us to provide you with the smile you've always wanted. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer outside interest-free (0%) financing to our patients through Capital One Healthcare Finance. Dr. Horne accepts most PPO Insurances. We currently take assignment of benefits for a period of 45 days asking that you pay for your estimated portion of the payment as services are rendered and we will gladly bill your insurance for you.

Financial considerations should not be an obstacle in receiving the care you need and deserve.
